Join the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of ongoing construction at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, hosted by iiCON Construction.

This unique experience offers a rare look inside active development at one of Colorado Springs’ most iconic destinations. Attendees will walk the site alongside the project team, gaining insight into construction strategy, design considerations, and the complexities of building in a highly specialized environment.

To create a more personalized experience, attendees will be divided into two small tour groups, departing 10 minutes apart. Each tour will last approximately 40–45 minutes, with limited capacity available.
