In late 2014, Commercial real estate brokers and Realtors® in Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado formed a new non-profit professional organization, Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB) that replaces their former group, RCIS, a committee of Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® (PPAR).

SCCB’s mission is to provide commercial real estate Brokers, Realtors® and Business Affiliate organizations in the Southern Colorado region with a platform that promotes business integrity and ethical practices, and provides educational and networking opportunities, as well as accurate market information.
