Attendees are expected to follow applicable venue requirements and exercise appropriate judgment regarding their own health and safety. By registering for and attending an SCCB event, participants acknowledge that attendance at an in-person event involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume the risks associated with their participation. SCCB reserves the right to establish or modify reasonable event requirements when necessary to support the safety and well-being of attendees or to comply with venue or governmental requirements. REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONSAdvance registration may be required for SCCB programs and events. Registration deadlines, cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and other event-specific terms will be identified on the applicable event registration page. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee by contacting SCCB prior to the event. SCCB reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify an event, program, speaker, schedule, or other event component when circumstances require. If SCCB cancels an event, registered attendees will be notified regarding applicable refunds or other arrangements. CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGESRegistration for and attendance at SCCB programs and events constitute consent for SCCB to photograph, record, and use an attendee's image, likeness, or voice in event-related photographs, video, social media, publications, and other SCCB promotional or informational materials. Attendees with questions or concerns regarding photography or recording should contact SCCB staff.
